Greenchalets is a small travel organization with its own rental accommodations.
We rent out mobile homes and chalets at various campsites in Italy, France and Spain for a wonderful holiday.
Every year we also make some chalets available for sale.

We offer several chalets for sale at the various locations.
All locations offer options for full personal use or subletting.
You can use our services at some locations (for a fee) such as final cleaning, key handover or minor maintenance.
You can organize rentals yourself or (partly) in collaboration with Greenchalets.
Own use is unlimited.

The rental returns of your chalet often depend on your own commitment, rates that you use and / or your own use.
At all campsites you pay rent / placement to the campsite. The leases are comparable to annual leases that are customary on campsites in the Netherlands (between 3000 and 5000 euros)
On average, the rental costs are equal to 4 to 5 weeks rental in the high season.
